Update

Wow it's been so long since I've sat down and updated this! Things have changed so much in my life and we are learning to just go with the flow. No way to change it so just go with it! Right after Christopher turned one my mom moved in. So we spent a few weeks going thru things putting them in the storage unit and moving her stuff in and putting the rest of her stuff in storage. I wondered how it would work and if things would be okay. Christopher was thrilled from the beginning he acted like "your FINALLY here!" lol go figure he's always a surprise. We were settling into Bryan's new job and mom moving in when i look over as my mom and i are baking cookies one Saturday and Bryan's on the computer looking up mini vans YES MY HUSBAND looking at mini vans. I about fainted! But i kept my mouth shut and a few hours latter he asks "so should we go test drive a car today?" I said "sure" nothing more. SO we drove over to the Honda dealership and test drove a the new Honda odyssey it drove like a dream! So we drive back home. Then on Monday he filled out paperwork and the long 3 weeks began! We decided on a 2008 ex model with only 50k miles on it. It hadn't arrived yet but we needed 2 buy it now or it would be gone. With everything going on in Japan it made for the Honda's being imposable to find right now. So crossing our fingers we bought the car. Then that Friday they gave us a "loaner" car until the new van came. The NEXT Friday i get a call and they'd sold the car i was driving but for my trouble they would be over with a better car until the van was ready. I fell in love with that car! A 2008 ford SUV drove like a dream but not what we needed for our family and the gas mileage sucked! I get a call the next Monday my van's there but not ready that it's "Honda certified" so they had to get it as close 2 new as possible so they'd ordered some new parts on it. We found out it wasn't a dark blue but a light sleight blue. (YAY) so we kept waiting.

That's when i started getting sick. So on Sunday we went into Urgent Care and an infection i'd been fighting for 4 months was back. They called in the only perscription left to try. The pharmacy wouldn't fill it. So on Monday i called my new Dr and he got me in within an 30 min (I love my Dr!) I get in and he told me with my fever's he was worried i would be septic within a day so he wanted to put me in the hospital then topher started babbling and he and i talked about how we had no one to watch topher during the day so i could NOT go in the hospital for 5-6 days. So he ordered a pic line and home health care. So on Tuesday Bryan worked from home to take me to the surgery of putting in the pic line so not fun! Home health care started but the fever didn't break. So we started another antibiotic I'm allergic to Penicillin and this was a different version of it so it came with 3 doses of epinephrine (that was not fun to find). So a full iv bag of antibiotics every 8 hours started.

Meanwhile on Wednesday i get a call that yes my car was done! YAY so after my dr's apt that day i went and picked up my mini van and it hit me wow i have MY OWN CAR!!!! For the first time in 2 years!!!! I almost pulled over scared i was going to wreck it! ha ha So I got home and stayed down a few hours then picked Bryan up. he started playing with all the gadgets i told him i loved it and asked what he thought and he said he liked it and it was all worth it for me loving it. PLUS we got it for less then it was worth! Plus a 100 thousand mile warranty and a bunch of other things. I'm still thrilled!

Back 2 health. It's been up and down all week. But thanks to the wonderful women in my ward I've had help with topher on days mom and Bryan work. Topher's been going on play dates! he seems to have had fun with that. But for the last two days i haven't' had a fever so they finally let me take the pic line out and I'm on oral antibiotics until i see the specialist in two weeks. Thank goodness for getting it out i have hives up and down my arm from the tape keeping it on! STILL 24 hours latter. Still sick and not feeling well because of the antibiotics but it's getting better :) Sorry during all this craziness my laptop died and haven't had the time 2 take it in so I'm using my mom's until can. So no new pics :( Sorry! I will post some soon!

As you can tell besides me being sick everything's great! Topher is almost a full walker but crawling is still faster ha ha. HE talks up a storm and his favorite thing this week is to ask "where dada go". lol He hates when he's at work. The move to salt lake has been put off. So Bryan rides the express bus to work I think he kinda enjoys it. Time to work in peace and take a break from the craziness of work and home.

As for the Kj's I wasn't able 2 make our last visit as I could not function well so we talked via skype for an hour they thought it was awesome. lol they were the "Kali and Kaleb show" HAHA love those kids!
