Sorry I'm still recuperating after our eventful birthday! We ended up having 3 count it 3! Parties!!!! Wow. It started out with Kali and Kaleb. We went up to salt lake on friday and I had made one of my two monkey cakes.
The children had requested a certain "gift" for there brother. Kaleb wanted a "big truck" for him and kali a "book. So they got to give there brother a gift and open it for him. Then they had gift box from him to them. They loved it! OH and the cake was a hit! They LOVED it!!!! It was such a great day! Josh was really great and helped me bring up the box of stuff and the cake so i could carry in Christopher and the diaper bag. It was really nice to have help! Kaleb was busy putting his new firetruck together with the guy there and LOVED it. I felt so good during all of it. Here are the pics i was able to take while they were there!
Kali loved all the little presents in her box.
Kaleb loved the blow toy but was more interested in his fire engine.
Topher couldn't figure out what was going on lol.
So onto day 2! and the second monkey.
We had our first party with our friends and a few family members. They gave topher all sorts of fun toys he had a blast!
Then after they all left the family came over. We opened the presents from me and bryan and from grandma smith.
and he had his "smash cake" he LOVED IT! We just took the head of his Monkey cake and he was in heaven it was so cute!!! such a sweet boy!!!
He was so exhausted after words. It was so late and he hadn't had a nap! Poor boy all of us where so tired we all slept in the next day but it was so worth it! Having our friends and family around us as we celebrated this boys first birthday was one i'll never forget :)
